"Box was a little beat up, but the items were fine"
When my order arrived, the box was crushed on one side, so I was a bit worried at first. After opening it up and checking everything, the items inside were mostly fine, which was a relief. The packaging did its job overall, but I do think it could’ve been a little sturdier.

"I ordered some seeds and was really..."
I ordered some seeds and was really excited to get them planted!! The site made it sound like they’d ship quickly, but my order didn’t even seem to move for almost two weeks. The seeds were fine once they finally arrived, but the delivery was way slower than I expected.

"A Bit of a Sprouting Saga"
I went into these seeds with high hopes, but it turned into a bit of a drama. Some of them sprouted nicely and gave me a little win, but a few packets barely did anything at all. Not a total disaster, but definitely a mixed experience.

"Took a little while to hear back"
It took a bit longer than I expected for support to get back to me, but once they did, they sorted out the issue. So yeah, not the fastest response, but it got fixed in the end.

"Plants showed up looking really good"
The plants arrived nice and healthy, and the leaves perked right back up after I gave them some water. they looked better than some others I’ve ordered before, though I guess.....

"Lots of great picks for my garden"
I’ve ordered from burpee a handful of times now, and I’ve been happy with them. They have way more seed and plant options than I usually find at my local garden stores, especially veggies. Everything I’ve gotten has shown up in good shape and grew well for me. Their site is easy to look through too, which defintely helps when I’m trying not to buy too much.

"Found the Seeds I Was Looking For"
I had a good experience overall. Everything showed up just as expected, and they had the seeds I’d been trying to find. If you’re looking around for specific varieties, I’d say it’s worth checking here since they seem to have a solid selection

I had to get a replacement and a refund, and it went smoother than I expected. Nothing too complicated, no big runaround, just got it handled
